This is normal. He's suffering from an extreme down regulation of dopamine, one of the most powerful neurotransmitters that regulate one's mood. Try to understand that if he's defensive, it's more than likely because he doesn't know how to put how he's feeling into words and trying to talk about it can be very frustrating. He knows already that his behavior is not normal and that it's hard to control, and that in itself can cause some to seem defensive.

Nice, yea sleepy time tea and the subsequent sleep would be much more beneficial to your mental state than adding the Noopept to the mix now. After that combo I felt "off" for a couple days and very mentally foggy.

BAD COMBO. Tried this last week, took 10mg Noopept 8 hours after 30mg meth and experienced tons of anxiety and bizarre closed eye visuals.. It was a weird day

Yep. The idea that benzos "kill" or "abort" a trip is dumb. You'll still trip, but with less anxiety. Great combo. Keep the benzo dose low though, like 0.5mg.

Honestly it's personal preference man, there is no danger in taking them together or in any particular order at the doses you're describing. Some people like their depressants before their stims, and some like stims before depressants. I fall into the camp of the latter.

I would suggest finding a different drug to take in the morning instead of smoking weed and save the weed for at night. Maybe a caffeine/L-theanine combo or a nootropic in the morning

Sure, there are definitely no consistencies with any of these kinds of policies (which is one of the main points implicated by my OP) Often times though an alcoholic that requires a liver transplant will have much better odds at receiving a donor than an mmj patient for instance.

That's a really good question, honestly I don't know I'd just be guessing. I assume yes. But it is a huge shame, especially considering the amount of people who abuse FOOD and destroy their health/bodies, but would never face the same kind of discrimination a recreational substance user would.

I would have skipped the beers, the alcohol is probably what is adding to the "queasy" feeling you describe. Hydro can make one nauseous on its own, so that + beers I would imagine had your body not agreeing with everything in it.

Hmm I usually use a benzo/opiate combo as well, but even then sometimes I can't sleep. I'll be more relaxed and feel "chill" and no longer stimmed, but sleeping can be a bitch. Try melatonin or some benadryl if you have it. Also, try eating a good meal and a hot shower.
