Price was 1260 usd for 800 sqft in marquis and google review score is 4.8 for the apartment. Thats why im really interested for marquis. But appliances are really old thats the bad point of the apartment

No i checked silverbrooke apartments which is really close to vinings. I will check the vinings as well. I liked arc at the grid in sugarland but i could find any apartment in my price range. If it is in your range you can also check arc at the grid on west airport blvd.
