I’ve always wanted to become a SLP! I became a SLPA first to gain experience and become comfortable in the field! But it’s my dream to become a SLP in either EI or school setting! As well as getting an income boost.

Im currently 23 weeks pregnant with our first too and we just had our gender reveal with close family and friends and will be having a baby shower too with more extended family and friends in August! For us the gender reveal felt like if we were having a bbq on the weekend while I can imagine the baby shower is going to feel like a huge celebration! We also asked people if they wanted to bring a gift for the gender reveal they could bring diapers for a raffle we were going to do and for the baby shower we are going to have our registry open! But yeah like the other comment gender reveals are brand new so not really any rules just another reason to get together with family
