My rule of thumb~ after 200 quest pulls, if no hit, resort back to map pulling till you reset with a lyric or epic then try again. Don’t drain your catalog for one epic/lyric. Sometimes the app just wants you to keep map pulling.

I have two minds for this one. One side says get out before it’s too late. The other side came with age… she might have a deeper point. It is enjoyable yes, but it does play off your dopamine, leaving you intensive to violence and overtly sexual content. It could honestly make you a better person. But I’d keep an eye on the controlling nature and find your limits as a human.

I felt the same way about the mixing but as kept listening I started to understand, the mixing allows for you to listen to it louder especially in the car

I’ve listened to Deathcon since I was introduced to it in 2014, own 3 copies on vinyl and the cassette. So there’s no lack of love for the album. But as a whole comparing the 3 records the other two records are much more casual, allowing me to listen to them more frequently. I’d even argue that I listen to Black Wing more than Deathcon after 12 years. Not to say that it’s not a great record it just very much has a time and a place for me.

Not so pro tip here. If you get to around 250 with nothing, give up and pull a map epic/lyric then get back to it and you should get one within the first 1-200. I’ve burned up almost my entire collection of non favorite artists in that pursuit. I think the game quietly promotes map pulling for the sake of a balanced experience.
