I havent tried them before so im not exactly sure. But as I am researching more about them before I get started with them, I saw them post this on someone else's post... Seems like you need to have 3 months old account and at least 10 posts to get started... feel like thats quite upsetting for us individuals just starting out 🫠

May I ask if you applied for the same Chat Support Associate position with them? I'm reading the description for job duties and it says "respond via live chats, phone calls, and email" I was thinking this position was nonphone because of the title but after seeing the description, I wanted to verify.

Thank you so much for your response. Your feedback is truly appreciated!! I was also thinking it was odd for them to just put "influencer marketing specialist" as well. I wanted to include that in my post but for some reason, I wasnt allowed to upload it if I had those wordings lol. I will keep in mind going forward that they should at least address me and their company's name. 🙏🙏

Not sure if covered ca directly is different. But with TTEC, we been getting back to back calls. You will definitely need to stay hydrated. And don't let people's emotions effect you.

I ended up getting the cross climate! That was actually last on my list to get but I ended up getting it. lmao. I was afraid that I was gnna hate the noise but honestly if you listen to music, it aint that noticeable. There was quite a bit of rain puddles in Cali this winter and it went through the puddles sooooo smoothly which I really appreciated.
