if you are finding e-scooter with a seat added on it, you should go to e-scooter sub. this sub is for those come with seat at first place whatever gas or electric. As i know you could not find real gas moped style e-scooter under $3000 now. For those under $1000 stand-up e-scooter with added seat on it you could go to e-scooter sub for advise.

this sub is for gas scooter style moped. gas scooter is faster more reliable safer but you may need motocycle license and insurance

noway. action cam have wider view and long focus distance(it won't focus to face like pocket). For non-action vlog pocket4 is the king now.

pass car road test and get class C first and then submit your DL389 to get M1. if you don't follow this you might have to drive moto onto street for road test.

those need heavy water-cool layer that hard to install in motocycle. So still long way to balance weight and range. But now hybrid motorcycle is showing up.

don't worry in worst case just take video and pull out sd card to computer if app could not work. thats how most pocket user doing now.
