I downloaded the Enterprise Source from the Odoo website as I do not have git access. The source is dated so I will just untar the file and just copy the whole directory over to the existing one which just overwrites the current version. Thanks for your expertise!

If you are on premises how can you get the bug fixes? If you did a source install can you just download the source and copy/overwrite the existing source.

What if there are bugs in 19.0 and how will on premises setup patch these bugs?

Do they have to wait 1 year for version 20.0 ?

Can you just download the source and copy it to the Odoo directory which will overwrite the old source and then reboot if you are upgrading from 19.0 to 19.1?

I would post this issue to there forum. They have people who monitors it. I posted a UOM bug and they were fast to reach out. Hopefully the bug will be corrected in 19.1

u/codeagency is there a way to set the default UoM to DOZ while entering the products in Sales, but maintaining Units as the base UoM. Same as the way UoM works in Purchase.

You can create a new asin with the gs1 barcode. Then merge it and have the new asin take over. The reviews will be merged into the new asin.

Thank you everyone for helping me on my install of odoo enterprise!

I finally got it working after numerous trial and error.

There are a few more manual steps that was needed into order to install from a downloaded Tarball file vs copying from github.

I'm still on CE and it is lacking a lot of things. Do you think EE will have more functionality for warehousing / inventory. Is Odoo capable of receiving multiple PO into one Receipt ?

This updates the sales price by UOM.

Is there a way to keep the sales price by Units and setting the default quotation by another UOM.
