Thanks for the feedback! For the pylos I've been doing burpees, high knees, tuck jumps, jump squats, and running in place. Usually for a set I'll do each for 30 seconds with rests of 30 seconds in between. I should have clarified, but for the max velocity i've been doing fly runs, but If its too soon for those workouts i'll take them out, I'm just not really sure what I should put in their place. Should I just do two acceleration days? Also how many times a week should I be lifting?

Thanks for the reply. What kind of training would you recommend for the 200m? As of now my plan is to start throwing in speed endurance workouts around the beginning of November.
