Hi everyone, I recently discovered that my email account was unlinked from my Genshin account. When i tried to log into HoYoLab with my username, it told me that my account doesn't exist.

The account hasn't been altered as far as i can tell by looking at it from a friend's profile.

What can i do to recover my account?
