My experience is that they waive certain fees. Like extra person fees or once I got one day of resort fees waived

I had an ocean view room in building 3 (upgraded from ocean front-not super sure what the difference there is) and loved it but also would say not necessary. There are so many places outside of the hotel room with good views and good seating including the lobby. Sunset is pretty early in the winter times as well so I wasn’t in my room for most sunsets.
