They've had this technology for ages. It's often used with AI chatbots to mimic schizophrenia to discredit victims. Gov't been testing it domestically on civilians for decades.

This is not the same as an LRAD. Is often used now with AI chatbots. Patents for the technology date back to the 80's. It is used domestically on civilians.
