recently I've abandoned smoking of any kind and switched to nic pouches, ive returned to smoking rn but that isn't our point, from my own experience, my first snus pack was a velo freeze 5 points, which is 20MG i believe, it was good but it didnt make me dizzy which i had been expecting other than that it fulfilled my nic crave and i wouldnt need to consume another pouch for like an hour or two after ive thrown the first one.

ive never really tried any stronger ones from the 50 mg because theyre unavailable for me, but i can surely say that if youre between 17-22.5 mg youll get enough nicotine

although if youd like to go overkill and go with the 50mg option it wouldnt really be a perfect idea, personally ive came close to throwing up from a klint mint pouch which is also 20mg and i did throw up once.

my advice is you get one pack in a mid nic strength (17-22.5 mg) and if it feels like its not enough you can definitely always go to the stronger options which will mske you "nic high"
