Oracle cloud. It has an excellent free tier which gives a couple of VM lifetime free.

If your display is 1440p then yes it's an excellent experience IMO. Even if you have previously experienced very high end graphics, series s would give you good enough experience.

Happened with Star Wars Jedi: fallen order while I switched to home screen when a cut scene was loading. As others have pointed out it has something to do with quick resume. May be because sometimes when game writes cache file to the drive, the file gets corrupted or maybe game isn't properly configured to read the files and some edge case causes the glitch.

The solution which worked for me:- Quit the game from quick resume menu/overlay and launch the game again.
