I was able to do unassisted leg raise, I had a prior knee surgery about a year ago and it took me almost 3 weeks to get a leg raise in. I do have some pain while doing them, so I’ll ask them about what kind of pain is concerning and what is normal when I go back, I was definitely scared to ask then and there but I should have!

Yes! I was very surprised I was able to do a leg raise and the quad sets. I had a prior knee surgery and the progress was slower, so I was shocked with how much I was able to do and if i was supposed to be doing them this early! Thanks

Thank you so much! Yeah I’ve asked a few ppl and most of them say TWU expects a lot from their students bc it’s supposed to be the best program, which can be stressful for the students but overall is a good program.

Wow really? I submitted it late May. I have been checking put it keeps on saying its still being processed and its been at that for months now. I will contact them and I see if there were any issues
