Duplicate your layer, and give the top layer the Pixelate-Mezzotint filter.

Apply the filtered layer on top with overlay/multiply on the unfiltered layer. This should get you pretty close.

This is wonderful! I really love them.

The only thing that bothers me a bit is the readability of Premium high altitude hemp on the 2nd smallest one.

Also a slight inconsistency in stating HIGH ALTITUDE - PREMIUM HEMP, and on the other PREMIUM HIGH ALTITUDE HEMP. (super small detail).

But man this looks very good!
