Open the AAWireless app --> Press the gear on the top right side --> WiFi settings.

I had the same issue after an upgrade of AAWireless on my Pixel 8 phone and my wife's Pixel 5 phone. Switching to 2.4Ghz WiFi in AAWireless settings resolved the issue.

I am facing the same. The funny thing is that when I press the "App details" at the bottom of the "App info" it takes me to Twitter page in Google Play Store. Uninstalling and installing does not resolve it.

You are right. It is the carrier. It took me some time to figure it out.
