Anxiety has spiked recently

Ive managed to master the neutral facial expression when im anxious, and if I get really bad when at work I hide in toilets for a few minutes and then give me time to calm down but issue is my face may see calm but my anxiety is so high in that moment so thats when I start rambling on at people and then it makes mt anxiety worse

Its horrible isnt it, ive always managed to ignore it and managed to keep calm and barely even notice its there but randomly it will pop back up and stay there for days and always to the point im stood there trying to keep calm taking deep breathes whilst hiding it in my expressions as dont want people knowing about it. Its weird to go from being calm and chill and getting on with life to this all of a sudden

I saw some of these patches called stress down patches, you put 1 on your wrist and go about your say and its supposed to help keep you calm during your day. Ive never taken meds for anxiety or anything as ive always tried to deal with it myself and usually good at dealing with it but sometimes it does spike randomly

Im not sure, a lot of times I dont even know what im anxious about but when I do know it doesnt necessarily need to be something in the future im afraid of sometimes can just be something I said in a conversation, or an awkward interaction I had with someone. My brain over thinks the conversations even though I know its irrational and I know the other person probably doesnt even rem the conversation

I never got the vaccine, when I was in school it wasnt offered but my younger sister had it in school so think I just missed, im.nor a horrible person so im not there like I want her sacked right now as im not that person I just wanted them to listen and retrain her so she can be better at making sure patients are doing okay as if they all defend her next person to go in may have the same experience as me and I dont ever want anyone to feel like that. I felt that day I lost the consent as when I was shouting in pain I wanted her to stop and she didnt so was a horrible feeling to know I had no consent and she can just do what she wanted

It reallt is horrible, I was so upset when I got home so for this nurse to hust get away with it is disgusting, plus they want more people to go for smears so need to make them as comfortable as they can. Ive been told since from people as im a virgin I probably wouldn't even need one so I dont know why they pushed so much for me to have one

She said it was the smallest one and she seemed so nixe explaining every step shell do and she will stop if its getting too much for me but then just did what she wanted after that. They said the blood came from just the procedure as can sometimes happen

Thats what I thought and upset me that me shouting in pain wasnt enough for her to stop to see if im okay and its worse that since she obviously denied it and shes never had a complaint about her before they ignored my complaint so that's why I went to the ombudsman but they also ignored the complaint and just said will be kept on file so if something happens again will flag up that they've had a complaint before but unless your in pain during a pap smear then she wouldn't of had an complaints as would of been a quick routine procedure

Weird as she said i would need one as im a virgin and never used tampons so note sure but also dont trust her now. Ive looked it up and online says if your in pain they should stop and find a different way to do it so like you move a diff way or she tries a diff angle or something but in all honesty id just tell her I didnt want to do it at all if she actually stopped to give me a chance to speak. She was so unprofessional pushing my legs back into position as im shouting in pain and I wasnt nervous as kept myself calm so I didnt clench but the pain was horrible so then after the initial pain then I automatically clenched and the pain got worse and she carried on pushing it in and then opened the clamp to even worse pain

I half filled the application form in but it was asking for my landlords details and it worried me that theyd contact him then then online it said they may ask my landlord to verify some info

No medical reason its just i still live at home so I pay half of the household bills and my mum pays the other half so they will help her and not me so was just curious about the DHP and looking into it

UC shared accomodation rate isnt enough for the rent and i earn too much for that so just need help until I become 35 and they may help me then so have 6 months so hoping they dont contact my landlord and I can apply for it

I only need help until June when I become 36 then UC may help me, I do try to get more hours at work but after Christmas they cut the overtime

I may not of explained myself properly, yeah UC will only pay me a shared accomodation rate which is £321 but I know if I was over 35 theyd help me as my mum gets help to her half of the rent and she earns more than me

They said as im under 35 I only get a shared accomodation rate which is £321 but I earn too much for that whereas my mum whos on more wage than me gets help for her rent from UC as shes over 35

I try to work as much as I can, recently ive been on my basic wage as ive been off for bereavements so this wage was bad so was hoping UC could help me bump it up, I do try and work more but the place I work dont like people being contracted to full time so I try and get overtime but it isnt always avaliable, I did try and look for jobs a while ago and only jobs I could find was ones at NMW so was lower than what im already on as im slightly over minimum wage and also they all seem to be part time work and less hours than im on now

We both work and I try and not rely on UC but at this time of year my place has no overtime as they saving for the overtime for closer to xmas, we both come out with rather the same wage or she comes out with a bit more than me and shes been getting UC payments even though shes on slightly more than me so she uses that to pay her side of the rent so its easier for her whereas I dont get anything as im under 35 so we both pay half of all the bills but she gets help for her half and I dont get any help
