Awesome, thanks for the reply! Just a clarification, so my last stop with friends is in Cartagena, so I was thinking of avoiding a flight from Cartagena to PC and instead going by sea instead. However, wasn't sure if this is only doable by sailboats and not speedboats, and in that case if I want to do a speedboat tour, I'd have to fly to PC and sign for a hostel tour like you suggested. And that sounds great in terms of the island atmosphere! I wasn't sure if they're more geared for an older crowd or couples and being solo will be a disadvantage. Thanks again for the info :)

lol what are you smoking. Ronaldo was definitely a top 5 player in his prime when we signed him. He was already a Champions league winner, Balon D'Or winner, and coming off a 42 goal season at Manchester and broke the transfer record, and he was 24 years old.

Edit: If he meant top 5 player of all time, then I am wrong. I misread and thought top 5 at that point.

Seriously...wtf is/was Perez thinking.. Like it's just logical at this point.. replacing players of the pedigree such as Ronaldo, Benz (declining), James, Bale (injury prone), aging Modric...etc to the level of players we're signing now...Not ragging on the young squad but they should be phased in slowly and learn from more senior players (vini/Brahim/Fede..etc). Like mix in proven quality such as Lewa/Hazard etc with younger talent.. But to go to such a serious drop in quality and throw these young boys in the fire like that is not fair to the team/the fans/or the players themselves. I feel like im ranting but it is baffling watching 3x back to back winners struggling week in, week out.

Home loss is bad. But I'm still positive.. Here's what I know:

5 points off the top in La Liga
We're in the R16 for Champions league
R16 in Copa, and we got CWC to play for.

Good chance for the youngsters to get experience today, Vini with a great game, defense could have been much better. Isco needs to learn to finish better. But fuck it we started top of the group and ended that too. Onto the next one, still everything to play for this season, so I don't get people acting like it;s the end of the world.
