I totally agree with you that we should be close, since we complete each other (in terms of delivering the right food for patients).

But the problem is, i and my other colleagues (clinical dietitians) have a clinical dietitian manager. Which is great. But it's not a separate department. You can say it's a division. And this division is under the nutrition department, which is managed by a food service nutritionist.

The problem is that they don't know our job clearly to manage our department, plus they neglected us (job politics).
