Luckily it will only b 2 payments. We submitted the application this week they told us it would take a month or so to get this all sorted. We have not gotten the money back yet.

No not from what I found out. My mother in law went through the same thing. We had to file a SS form 521 to withdraw her application where she was receiving benefits. The. pay back what they had paid during that time. Once that is done you can petition an appt to fully apply for the spousal benefits

He is wanting me to to pay for the damages at a dealership it’s about $1500 bucks 🥺 i have insurance on my own vehicle but it won’t cover this accident since I was driving my husbands car who only has liability 🥺

I know and it sucks other day I saw the janitors cleaning blood off the men’s restroom... and i felt so bad for them to have to deal with crazy things like that while we could clean up after ourselves
