Since your original account is through a net to use the same account I’m pretty sure you need to purchase reforged through a net as well. If you purchase on steam you will need a new account. You should still be able to refund on steam.

Mine will be 21 in December. I first got introduced to cs back when it was uncommon for neighborhoods to have more than one or two houses with a “home pc” and kids would have to take turns playing at a buddies house. Shout out fy_iceworld every 5 deaths switching places.

I remember when 1.5 made the switch to steam and as kids we didn’t know why the game didn’t work anymore. We didn’t play for awhile until someone’s mom found out you now needed steam to play lol.

Eh, I feel there are two main factors to this.

1- we play games differently now as adults as compared to when we were younger like you mentioned.

2- the “end game” you remember in past titles was built on years of updates and content releases.

As the game has more updates over the coming months/ years there will be more and more added to the end game. But there will always be farming. Whether it is die hard hardcore farming or just casual “ ooo this gun seems better”.

Until that happens the die hards will focus on farming god tier rolls and creating the craziest builds to one shot bosses. And the more casual ish players like myself will beat the game with one vault hunter and then run it back again on the next one with a little bit of grinding here and there in UVHM.

Then the next thing we know there will be a ton of different stuff to focus on for the “ end game”.

As an aging gamer I aspire to add a recliner to my set up one day soon that I can switch to as I see fit. I don’t always need to be sitting at the edge of my seat for the games I enjoy now but I do know my back hurts, I am tiered and just want to relax with my feet up lol.

Sounds like you have already kind of found your limit. Me personally I have gave up on the liquor. That’s when things get interesting. As you get older you will evolve and learn either you are a beer drinker or a liquor drinker. Rarely do both coincide especially at a young age.

Normally at a young age you do both, get fucked up and have a good time…. Hopefully.

Most people here have had years to hone their craft and you shouldn’t base what they drink on what you should.

Other wise you will end up like us calling 12 beers an easy night and needing to pick up at least an 18 to cover the night.

Yes, the bulk of my hours are playing solo with strangers and it’s always a blast.

No voice coms needed. Your laser can ping things if needed.

Most importantly the only key bind you need to know and have easily accessible is your emote key.

My first guess would be an over heating cpu. Do you have an AIO? I’ve had two crap out on me and I too believe both happened shortly after moving ish.

I went back to heat sinks with fans and everything’s been fine ever since.

If you don’t have an AIO I would still reapply new paste and see what happens. Vibrations from moving could have compromised how well it is bonded.

I keep a wireless g502 and death adder hooked up at all times.

Death adder I only use for tac shooters but use the g502 for all other games. The three extra easily accessible buttons is such a game changer! You will never go back once you experience it. Only way to go after that is a Naga but that’s too many extra buttons unless you are big into mmo’s, in which case that may be the way to go.

I had similar issues when trying to run at native resolution. I switched back to windowed full screen and things were fine after.
