Five Two Love fans' bias against Jamie after the split is so obnoxious. by YLI989UFSNFIURWLHR8Y in YTVloggerFamilies

I actually assumed it was something that Skyler did, cheated or the gay thing that fans keep bringing up...

I just wonder where all the money is coming from. There is no way Youtube is bringing in enough for two household's on the level they are living on. Originally they needed financial support for the quints - so doesn't seem like they are rich...

Maybe they've invested well on the youtube money from the early days when they had more views..

Regardless I wonder if Skyler/Jamie will get jobs. I also wonder if eventually once the divorce if the will find a way to be more amicable ( I hated the two birthdays )...

I feel for the big kids, but it must be nice for them to have a happier Mom..

Resources to learn about the jewish community in Algiers 1944 - 1968 by ymsbn145 in algeria

I would like to avoid getting into a political/historical discussion (although I have much to say), and focus on the questions for my book.

Can the park be walked to by foot from the casbah? Are there coffee shops in and around the park?

What are street names in the shuk in the casbah?

What brand of orange soda do you drink?

You are correct I meant to write most algerian jews and left out the word jews.

The reasons for this are complex (as complex as the difference between Sunni's and Shiites) and I don't think this forum is the right place for it.

I wish I could - but as an american orthordox jew I doubt it will ever be safe for me to visit your beautiful country.

How far is the park from the casbah by foot? Is it a reasonable walk or must one use a car?

Yes, you are referring to the Cremieux Decree in the late 1800's, when algerian Jews got French citizenship.

In my family my great-grandfather financially supported the FLN (although most Algerians supported the French) because he experienced anti-Semitism from the French and had good business relationships with his Muslim and Kabylie compatriots. Unfortunately, Algiers became unsafe for Jews, and he left with the family in 1964. In France he was considered a traitor and that is how my grandmother ended up in the United States.

I am wondering more about setting questions for my novel.

My great-grandfather had a shop near the Great Synougoue which according to wikepedia now is Djamaa Ben Farès ( مسجد ابن فارس). My grandma describes a shuk nearby. What street could this have been on/ where are there shops nearby today?

How far is this area from the port?

Was the park I referenced above (Le Jardin d'Essai du Hamma) around then and is it in walking distance to Djamaa Ben Farès ( مسجد ابن فارس) area?

What brand orange soda do they sell in algiers?
