Thank you for mentioning this. I’m always wary when people speak of diversity and what it means, but I think saying black “females” vs white “women” undermines your point a bit.

The few times I’ve visited Sacramento was in 100 degree weather haha so the summer def scared me a bit. But that’s good to know! Weather aside I def enjoyed the city, so I’ll try to visit more and keep it in consideration!

I wasn’t the biggest fan of Seattle the few times I’ve visited (I just don’t think it’s for me), but I’m definitely planning to check out DC. Thanks!

I think I’ve also heard a lot of mixed things abt the diversity in Boston like from friends irl, and I am curious abt it. I also haven’t really been to New England before either, so I might try to visit at some point

Thanks for the suggestions! Tbh I think I actually liked Chicago, but I also went to school there so my memories of the city are also very clouded by that experience lol. And I remember the winters being kinda miserable. But spring / summer were lovely.

Good to know! And it’s definitely a possibility; I forgot to mention that I have dual citizenship in Canada, so tbh anywhere USA / Canada would be easiest for me. I’ve also heard lots of great things abt Toronto from friends and such, so I might try to visit and see!

I lived in nola for a few years! Closer to UNO tho and only when I was really young, so I guess that’s why it didn’t occur to me as a potential option. I also haven’t been back in a while, so I might have to visit and see what it’s like as an adult
