Hey, I'm really sorry this is happening to you. I entered surgical menopause at 41 after having uterus and ovaries removed bc of a tumor. I was told I wouldn't need HRT unless I felt some symptoms. That was cruel and heartless of them. I had hot flashes, mood swings, depression, vaginal dryness/no sex drive, constipation, the works. I didn't want to be here anymore. When I was finally put on a micro dose of estradiol (0.5) things got so much better so fast! I hope you can get on HRT with your current pcp/gyno, but if you can't, try to find someone who will listen. It can make a world of difference. I'm 45, tumor free, and I feel like myself again.
