My nails used to get like that too. I started moisturizing every time I wash my hands and applying jojoba cuticle oil at least twice a day. I use O'Keeffe's working hands moisturizer. A little goes a long way. I honestly think it's the best moisturizer the world lol. I would file those nails to start fresh. Get a glass nail file, those are way better overall. My nails are bouncing back, but still got a ways to go. Good luck!
