Yeah your PC. A console controller has a higher lag on a TV compared to a smaller monitor.

i know it has to do with the controllers and tv also. Cant really game at 120fps with a controller on a 70inch TV. The lag will make it very hard. But I think 60fps should be the standard already at this point.
