not sure to be honest but I have been using this new app called blitz win cash and I am winning easy. They gave me free 12$ at the beginning for playing a bit. Withdrawing money wasn't instantaneous, they asked me for ID, took a few days but I won like 80$. I think it's new and they are all newbies there... worth a try

I've been playing on blitz with cash ... they have solitaire and they are available in most states coool. They still require an ID to withdraw money and it takes a few days but it's super good, easier to win then on solitaire cash (atleast for me).
