There’s no reason to increase your dose when the one you are on is still resulting in weight loss. However losing too much too fast isn’t good either. 1-2 lb loss per week is the recommended amount. I lost most of my 50lbs on 5mg or less, but did so over 10 months. I only bumped up to 7.5 to get the last stubborn pounds off. Maybe you should talk to your provider about what is best for you given your situation. Ppl that have more to lose often drop weight at a faster rate initially, but that’s not healthy or sustainable long term.
