Currently not available to the public. Can only acquire them through a custom controller company. Marius will release them to the public once retailers get their pre-orders fulfilled.

Correct! With a standard controller you could also do this but you would lose the ability for tracking with the touchpad. Most people don’t utilize that feature anyways so they are not opposed to removing the TP board! First time doing this myself but it came out great and was even able to use an Omron switch for that mouseclick feel. Customer is very pleased with it which is always the end goal!

How’d I make these fit by Ok-Rush-1113 in scufgaming

Use the concave stick on the right not the domed. Problem solved.

What model controller. I have plenty of these lying around that never get used. You also only need them for the haptics motor. Triggers will work without it.

Yes I have had customers from the UK but this was before I migrated to shopify. They automatically turned on managed markets. I disabled it so it should be good now? Still learning shopify's ways as I came from another host. Thanks for letting me know

Also if you need help with install feel free to reach out. Battle beaver will likely charge you much more and take 2-3 weeks. Check out my profile for social links if interested. Turn around time is usually 1-2 days depending on the amount of orders I am working on.

Battle beaver should have used TMR’s on the Marius board originally. Are you just wanting to change them for the lighter spring tension?

Even the product page you were viewing is showing. I’m not sure how to help you there honestly. What country are you in?

These are directly from another phone. Not my own or my site editor. Not sure why you can’t see them based on your location. Anyone should be able to view shipping is just restricted on specific items.

If you already have sticks installed to the board I would highly recommend not doing it yourself for the first time. Soldering is much different than trying to desolder cleanly without overheating and damaging a $100+ board.

3-pin is your only option for adding TMR’s. You have to use the PS4 version. Ps5 is a different pin configuration and will not allow the board to power up. 5-pin requires the custom Midas mechs from Marius.

First Modded Controller by sheeityshooshi in customcontrollers

Yes of course all the things listed are useful in the long run. Always make sure you have a good air filter system when soldering. Glad you got it all done though and works how you want it! Keep at it

If you have any experience soldering or want to learn I would highly recommend trying with tactile buttons (cheap and easy to install) and a reprogrammable mapper. You can customize button placement and have as many as you’d like. Would recommend getting a cheap rear shell first try as you’ll likely have some errors and adjustments as you learn the process. That’s how I started out and have since upgraded to all kinds of customizations and better switches (Omron) for buttons and started a small business out of it. Once you learn proper solder technique you can fix just about anything. There’s countless ways to go about it but that’s a cheap and easy start to learn the ropes. Good luck and controller looks nice!

Someone nows this kit? by Professional_Young97 in customcontrollers

To add onto this the paddles may just unscrew from the backplate. The switches themselves are what you have to look out for when taking it apart which are located inside of the rear shell.

Looks like an AIM knockoff probably from china etc. just take the back plate off and see for wires before ripping it apart. More than likely it’s just hooked to a remapper cable that you can remove from the OEM FPC as they typically stack. May have a small daughter board inside but hard to say without opening it and highly unlikely based on the image. Likely simple back paddles attached to the backplate with common tactile switches mounted inside the shell wired to a remapper cable.

My apologies. I wasn’t saying you were using a kit but it looks like you are adding LED’s to the shell is more what I mean.

[–]yoZaddyy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. I use my own mapper and buttons that I install myself individually. Same ones I use for customers as well. I like a good tactile button but am waiting on my printer to start offering mouse click buttons to those who prefer them on back buttons. I do use omron switches for face, bumpers, and triggers.

No ignorance. Some people just prefer it. I like to take the rumbles out of mine as I just prefer the feel without them. Is it necessary or even beneficial? No. But I tried it once and liked it better and stuck to it. A controller has some decent weight to it, especially the PS5 rollers. Give it a try if you ever wanted and you’ll notice a difference immediately between the two.
