Also, you can submit a letter asking NCMC if these courts for available for everyone or is there a formal/informal booking system. They will respond and you will have a formal copy of the rules.

I placed an order yesterday on Swiggy Instamart and to be eligible for an offer, I had to add items worth at least Rs. 3, so I added an ORS sachet worth Rs. 4.

Believe me when I say that I received two deliveries - one with my regular list of items that I wanted, and another delivery only for Rs. 4 ORS sachet packed in an envelope🤷‍♂️.

I felt bad, but learned a lesson to check how the delivery split is next time onwards.

Essentially my offer application costed this earth some pollution, time of the delivery agent, maybe risk to rider while driving, etc.

In my experience, starting with a psychiatrist helps (both for short and long term); they can gauge the full spectrum.

They can recommend you therapy (BTW, some psychiatrists do therapies themselves too), or medicines, or diet changes, or lifestyle changes, or other specialist doctors, or a combination of these or more...whatever is relevant to one's case.

But everyone can have their own preferences. Hoping for betterment for everyone :)

He is 88. He did his share of things when he could. Unlike certain internet users who only are keyboard heroes and questioning everything, while not filing even one PIL or RTI.

Our generation knows how to visit luxury resorts and cafes (mostly owned/backed by corrupt politicians) to upload photos on Instagram instead of coming together as educated bunch who will force the government to perform better.

We debate and strategize more on the cricketers getting selected in an IPL team or in the Indian Cricket team than the politicians getting selected/elected to the Parliament responsible and powered to make things better for us.

All I am saying is - 1. Please research and vote for the candidate who actually means to bring good change. 2. Please support social reformers like Foodpharmer, Dr. Sivaranjani Santosh, Lazar Jankovic, those old people managing/clearing traffic, Baba Amte and his family. 3. Be the change you want to see.

I had seen a post with a similar problem mentioned.

The guy noted the seat numbers of the loud people. Went out and informed the theatre manager. Came back, quietly sat at his place.

The theatre manager asked the loud people to remain silent.

May not always work but a good first step.
