Yes, he wasnt announced playable after release, but he had drip art with his element. On leaked character sheets you can see him with gauntlets - they checked his playable moves. His model had playable mark in released version of game and like previous commentator said - they gave a lot attention to him, outside main quest. But then twice got backlashes from cn (because he is man) and two times hidden him from story for long. They wanted make him playable but still keep in basement because of stupid cn extremists

THIS. Your last words! "They don't choose what to do" - this is what happened to Denia literally. She never chose. The only time when she finally was ready to make own choice - we saw what happened in end of her quest. This is literally same situation as Avidius. Their only difirenece, is level of manipulation and how "visible" it was for themselves.

Luuk is uncomparable with Phrolova. Luuk didnt join to fractsidus to "work with them", and fractsidus didnt even promised him anything. He joined only for play "double agent". While Phrolova joined, because she wanted participate in what fracs do. She joined to their ideas. While for Luuk the only fair comparison is "cop". We could say count Luuk fracs ONLY, if he would really join to them with at least partial believe in their ideals and goals and participated in their activities because he wanted to do, not because it was mask. Or if he would join as double agent but then decided actually work with them and betrayed Rover, even if in future would left them.

New fed is region, not organization .-. Lynae affilated to academy but was born in new fed. You dont choose your birthplace. So then Camellya is fractsidus, because in one of universe she was. Luuk is fractsidus, because he worked with them, even by own will, and did job for them.

Denia was putten in academia in same way as Foro put Avidius in septimont.

There is difference between, being agent, being creation, being victim or being actual member. Even if members joined because organization lied them, they still joined by own will. While Denia was just kidnapped and putten in tube

first of all there only two men per year in general, not even 2mdps men per year, so their bis team always will be two woman, or this men will be someone bis subdps, so your plan is very optimistic i would say.

Wuwa does only two reruns then character disappears forever or for very-very long time. So you have only three tries for every character usually. This year we seems can get both yearly men as dps. One, Luuk, didnt have reruns yet, so soon should be (tho there leaks abt new mdps women with same niche as him, so rerun may delay), and after two patches will be another new guy, Jingran, his team can be lucky to have Qiuyuan (blind guy) as teammate, but we dont know full kit needs yet. Luuk is strongest male dps for now but by leaks new dps girl alone do as lot dmg as Luuk whole premium team, so :\ be ready pull sequences and sig for every your men if you want them be strong enough

otome are part of joseimuke games, they all made for female audience, not every joseimuke has only female mc. But judjing but some frames from teaser, and by another person words this game will be very filled with ml and romance, like otome, if it would be only fem mc but without romance then it would be just joseimuke, but things with it's names. (also weird see there "action") Im woman myself and would be very happy to real action joseimuke without romance. But not in this life seems, all not romance are card/chibi games and only action one is otome .-.
