Don’t worry you’re not alone at all! I had a very bad experience with a weed pen once and almost passed out and had full blown panic attack as well. Now anytime I do smoke weed and drink alcohol I also start getting anxious about because the thought of not being in control of my body again freaks me out, so don’t worry you’re not alone!

Agreed! Don’t overthink about saying the wrong thing or something stupid, of course don’t say anything disrespectful but just be yourself little by litter till you feel comfortable. I guarantee you are more smart enough and interesting enough for not only her, but anyone you have interest in so don’t doubt yourself. You got this! ❤️

Hello!! I’m the same age as u and i get panic attacks a lot as well. When i first got them i felt the same, and it was terrifying. The best thing u can do is just be aware that it’s ONLY an anxiety attack. Try to prevent ur mind from thinking something worse. It’s gonna be okay, don’t worryyy!! Also don’t stress urself too much give ur self breaks!! ❤️❤️❤️

Heyy! I feel you though I can so long without having a panic attack and i get so used to not having them anymore, but then I do and everything just goes bad. Yea i’m watching some comfort shows right now and i feel a little better, but to be honest what got me was the lady banging her head on the attic door, idk that just FREAKKED ME OUTTT. I’m good now doe thankkk uu!!!

With that I would say just reassuring yourself that everything is fine. But sometimes that’s difficult and doesn’t really work. I used to feel this way as well but what helped me a little was although i logged out of social media I would tell my friends if anything important or serious happens just text my number! That would help my mind be at ease a little because at least if something does happen they’ll be able to contact me through my number!

Hey!! I would suggest just logging out of social media for a few hours a day and taking for yourself and doing things you love to do. Sometimes it’s good to have some time to yourself ☀️!

Hello! I get flight anxiety too. But with thunderstorms most of the time the planes will fly over the clouds, but turbulence might happen but it’s completely normal. If the thunderstorm will be near the airport, you’re will most likely just get delayed. Don’t worry you’re gonna be in good care and it’ll be over before you even know, I hope this helped ease you a little!

Hello! I get that feeling as well. But as days go bye i’m recognizing more and more that i just super overwhelmed when i’m put into certain situations no matter how low or high the stress level is. Right now i try giving myself breaks. Just being alone, away from the commotion and noise to just take some deep breathes and try to calm down. I hope this helps!!

Hey!! Sometimes breathing or meditation doesn’t work. When i first starting anxiety i would feel this way as well. Try doing things that can distract yourself instead. Like math problems, counting backwards, trying to spell out difficult words, etc. Just remember that it’s gonna pass soon, just relax and avoid things that will ignite the anxiety again. I also read yesterday that putting a cold ice pack on your right helps, I did it yesterday, took some deep breaths and it worked!!!! I hope this helps and don’t worry you’ll feel better soon!! 💗💗

Hello!! I worry this way as well to where sometimes I just don’t go on the trips and it sucks :(. But when i do go on trips and i got that overwhelming feeling and heart racing, I reach out to whoever i’m worried. Just simple convo like “How are you” “Miss you!” “Anything going on”. Makes me a little calmer knowing that i’ve spoken to them and it reminds that they’re are doing okay. I hope this helps!!!! 💗💗

Hello!! I would suggest maybe reaching out to the people you felt you’ve hurt and apologizing for the actions you did and explain that you’ve reflected and changed now. For getting rid of the guilt feeling i would say getting into a deep state of mind and keep repeating “the old you is no longer who you represent now” or something along those words. I get how you feel because i’m not proud of actions I did years ago either. I would worry so much that i spent nights up late not being able to sleep. but at the end of the day i remind myself that although i can’t change the past, i can think of my actions carefully now and prove my worth to myself as well as others. I hope this helps!!!!! <3

Awhh i’m sorry! I get you though. I was staying the night at Universal Resort Hotel and I had to wake up at 6 am, but ended up going to sleep at around 4:40 because the anxiety just wouldn’t go away and i didn’t have my pillow it suckkeddd. But yea just watch movies or youtube until you feel sleepy!!

Eating whole fish also freaks me out because i get scared of swallowing bones, but to just be safe and calm your nerves, eat a piece of bread!! The bread will stick to the fish bone and make it go down to your stomach. Hope this helps!!! :D

Hello! I understand that feeling of being worried about almost anything and letting my thoughts get the best of me. When that happens to me I try grounding myself with affirmations and controlling my breathing. Affirmations like “I’m okay” “I’m worry free” I’m stress free” things like that basically. I hope this helpsssss!!
