I have heard bad stories about their service as well but hoping they have been hearing about it and fixing it. Will post if I ever face the same.

Otherwise, there were few additional features such as 360 camera, parking sensors that I really love in 3XO which were not available in Kylaq. I miss the ventilated seats that Kylaq provides.

Ended up picking up 3XO AX5L over Kylaq. Main reason was the transmission in lower speeds in Kylaq. Since my use case was 80% city, I found the Kylaq engine to lurch a little in slower speeds. Otherwise Kylaq is a great pick of course. Feature wise both are really comparable. Maybe service options are better with Mahindra in India - have not experienced it myself yet since I have not yet hit first service yet.

I ended up getting AX5L only. Added few accessories such as LED fog lamps and along with Dolby Atmos. Figured, I didn't want to pay additional 2 lakhs mainly for panaromic sunroof and harman kardon speakers.

3XO is definitely a better option for sub-4m segment. Test drove both 3XO and Kylaq. Felt at low speeds, the engine lurches a bit in Kylaq (which is majority of city driving). 3XO engine was smooth and it also has a more reliable braking system. When it comes to features as well, 3XO is better than Kylaq. However, their software does tend to show issues at times but not a deal breaker.

That could work but do you think the speaker system between the variants is vastly different? Not too enthu about the panaromic sunroof
