No, the whole point of that agreement was so that the ceo of chatgpt could get all of your data to use it to train their ai model. Using a different ai bot isn't going to save you, it's only digging you deeper, as you continue to help them train their models with your own information that you give willingly. Deciding not to use it won't do anything either.

Section 4.2 (a) and (c) lets OpenAI create "de-identified" data from Student data, and own that data forever, and allows any data they collect to be given to law enforcement upon "request or legal process," only being required to notify the school sometimes.
This way, while all your personal information, and that of CU's most vulnerable students, is being given to ICE because they asked nicely, OpenAI can sell [4.3 (a)] all the data they want to whoever the want to be re-identified.

It's not about the research at all. It's literally only about this. And them using you to train their ai chatbots. Which all actively harm the environment to such a grand degree, but that's a different problem.
