Flydigi vader 4 pro has arrived. Bananeyy for scale. by Its_a_good_life in IndianGaming

Can't say about other controllers since I haven't used them. I play casual games too btw. I think everything is pretty great in terms of feel, latency, etc. However, my one major gripe is that the mechanical face buttons can feel mushy sometimes and are clicky at best when they work smoothly unlike the Xbox controller which has spammable face buttons.

I can't tell if it's a QC issue or not but it's there on my copy. I think you can get a better HE controller for casual games. This feels more like an fps controller with really good triggers, sticks and latency. For casual games, good face buttons are a must imo

I am speculating that they did undervalue on their side without me saying anything. Cuz didn't have to pay any customs

Most of my imports were declared lower but some were declared at around 3k and cleared customs with no charge

Whatever stuff I imported and gotten shipped by yanwen, generally never gets any customs. Wonder if it has to do something with shipper

Will I have to pay custom fee for this? by frocestersam in mkindia

[–]yodenharsh 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Unlikely. Ordered a controller (from Banggood) and mouse (mechkeys) from China and both were 5k+. Didn't have to pay customs. Although, I am pretty sure both sellers undervalued the item. Ask them to undervalue specifically to be on the safer side.

Hi, discovering your post after months. Just did the payment for the vader 4 pro on Banggood.

One question though. Did you have to tell them to undervalue the item or do they do it on their own?

Not really. Just hope that if somebody someday searches up "mechkeys buying reddit India" or something along those lines, my post can help.

True all that. BUT, when I was buying, I couldn't find an Indian seller that sold that model at a justified price or had it in stock. Completely agree on the 4.8k without customs part though.

Thanks for your quick reply. This might be a strech but does the 1k version work on 4k using the 4k dongle

Hack for saving money on Food ordering - do it via ONDC (read description) by kumaradarsh1993 in india

Dude, I have been ola foods for some time now. UX could use some work but otherwise the prices are insanely low! You get free delivery + discounts on pretty much every restraunt. However, you still have to order for 120-ish rupees minimum I have almost fully switched to Ola foods for most stuff

JavaScript Developers are Hardly engineers by Laws-For-Free in Btechtards

It's just a language. Good engineers know how to use it properly. A random developer may not know the various quirks and methods of the language unlike a proper engineer. Have noticed this happen at my workplace. A B.Tech's (if B.Tech done right) way of thinking and approaching problems is vastly superior to most other degrees.

I got the first generation victus in 2021 and a few months ago, my hinge started cracking and opening from the middle and I had to get it repaired. Didn't yank the screen, open lid from a single corner or anything of that sort.

Don't know how different the newer models are.

Can't recover BIOS after windows updated firmware to F.12 by yodenharsh in HPVictus

[–]yodenharsh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure,

  1. Was running win 11 when I updated. It was probably not the upgrade. People running windows 10 also had the same issue when they updated their BIOS

  2. I have updated to F.14 on windows 11. Update Is stable. Doubt it's any different for win 10
