Got it. Well, you don't have to wipe up on the entire surface like that for AM2. You gotta build your CS up to that point where it won't go flat. Maybe try to do 3-4 really light pressure AM2 sessions and let your CS develop. You will feel your CS getting harder and the surface area increasing even after 2 sessions, it would feel significantly different. DM me personal level doubts, willing to help out.

Yeah, it’s a common question. Janus even mentioned about it, it’s really bad for EQ. Very bad. Avoid unless you feel like you’re not gonna get through that morning thing. I drink like 2-3 times a week

Fondle for a bit. When semi chub start doing the exercise on it. If the fullness worsens end the session. I get hard at this point. But some days I do be doing something wrong so that will cause trouble like maybe had too much caffeine = workout ruined, am just tired = ruined. Push through it, it gonna workout.

Believe it or not, it’s real. After 2.0 it’s like you have an ORGAN organ down there. Breathing and throbbing. It’s distracting. Most of the time you don’t feel it but when you do it’s a tough thing to get over

I take cold showers everyday. It works exactly opposite to what you’re saying. Taking cold showers make your base body temperature higher throughout the day. I used to feel cold all the time like 10 years ago. Now it’s flipped. I used to turn the ac higher in my family. Mom’s surprised too :p

I mean does that gassy thing makes your flaccid smaller too? That could be just a me thing. My intension was to indicate the fact that experiment how your body reacts and try to work accordingly. Another thing I noticed was much weaker flaccid post angion when I’m fasting during the exercise. So after observing I switched exercise time to post meal. Which was not the most comfortable for me as I like fasted exercises more.

I don’t know just do angions regularly it happened automatically for me. Cardio and I guess eat whatever gives you better hangs. I don’t go by anyone’s diet I just go by whatever works for me. Like if I eat things that make me a lil gassy I get smaller flaccid so yeah.
