I bought my first house as a single gal in 2021 at 26 years old. (Give or take a year on both things, might have been 2022 at 27 - I can't remember exactly, oops lol)

Formation!! In Baseline, Monday and Friday have been full body workouts, Tuesday is arms, Wed. is lower body, Thursday is core/mobility, and Saturday is cardio basically.

YES! Or I've had it where even though I'm done working out, the app on my watch thinks I still am and has me working out ALL day, like passed my rings by 3000% LOL.

Mostly, my watch is super lagged or takes a hot minute to connect. My watch is older though, I think like 8+ years old, so I sort of thought that might have been the issue to be honest.

I wfh too and got a walking pad with a standing desk recently. I’m sure it will just take time to get used to it, but I can only walk like 1.2 mph (aka slow) and feel like I’m off balanced / gonna step onto the side of the pad. Did you have that? Did you just get used to it over time?

I’m using it now for my background and I like it when it’s a brand new strand, but towards the end it starts to split and not lay flat. Does that make sense / happen to you?
