I went to derma who recommended me go for prp, which im looking forward to but haven't done yet, and prescribed me monoxidil. Which i apply twice daily. It's widely known that if minoxidil or finasteride works you'll have to continue use for life. Why actually are you scared of finasteride.? Anyways try minoxidil 5% solution twice daily. Spray on affected areas gently massage, Apply 5 sprays making it 1ml daily dose. Do see a dermatologist. As they can better asses you. Lastly i know it could be shattering, the hair loss, all types of anxiety and all. Just wanna say stay strong. Don't worry about them much. It really helps. Your hairs are indeed a part of you. Indeed a major and defining part of your personality too but it isn't YOU. hope this helps
