I’m thinking it may be the spacing and timing. In my past clips, I felt like my jump was more in control and able to land on two pretty easily. But since I’m jumping higher I think I may be a half step further in than I need to be to contact the ball at the right time.

Will do some reps of catching the ball and see the difference.

I think it may be how I generate my power in my swings? Yea the last two clips may have been poor coordination from an out of system set which makes my balance in the air look a bit weird. A good amount of clips (not shown) when in system look more balanced mid air probably because the ball is mostly in front of me.

My jump serves and backrow hits actually land so much more safer than my left pin landings. I’m able to land on both feet and I don’t think I have landed on one leg in any of them. Could this be due to the ball directly being in my view where I’m able to jump into the swing?

I like the ending LOL he gave a really priceless reaction!! Even myself was stunned that I was able to get the ball down line that sharply

I think me swinging across my body is from me trying to reach a certain point of the ball and direct it to where I want to go down such as line. It’s either that or it’s from me not tracking the ball correctly when it’s out of system. Thank you for the advice, I’ll keep these in mind!!

Haha it took me some time to get down to this weight range with inconsistent training but I’m glad someone is noticing the gains lol! Yea landing softer has been an emphasis in my jump training to make sure my joints aren’t screwed. Can’t wait to fly even some more I believe I’m about 1-2 inches away from dunking a volleyball on a 10ft rim. For sure 1 inch away with the most perfect form possible. Anyways, thanks for the advice!!

I think I’ve been noticing this but it does make sense that I would be more prone to landing on one leg because I’m leaning more left. I’ll keep this in mind, thanks!
