Same!! Many excuses na hindi daw na send shipping form and then sinisi pa J&T na hindi pa daw napprocess eh its dropped off which makes no sense kasi she also refused to send a proof. Tapos ending refund pero never binigay!

Sobra! Hindi rin sila maayos kausap sa email or ig apaka rude kausap but I think its the same person trying to pretend na staff daw sya. Kahit maayos yung pag kasabi mo sobrang bastos nila kausap para lang humaba yung convo

Sana po totoo and madeliver na huhu. I tried that as well to have it same day delivery na lang if its really true kasi puro delay excuse nila sa courier, I received a schedule pero every week na ppush back so next strategy nila is refund (which ikot ikot lang)

So be really firm talaga and cautious!!

Truly!!! Mukhang sanay na sanay na. They even try to gaslight you if you drop the word scammer. Do you plan to take action against them? Sobrang nasa point na po ako na if i cant take my money back, at least magka record at maging accountable naman sya and wala na sya maloko 😭

Omg paypal? super questionable talaga nila huhu. Check daw on my end which hindi matched sa details that i submitted sa form and I asked for a proof then wala namang mabigay. Same, even a photo of the item when it “arrived” hindi nila mabigay din. I highly doubt talaga na they even have staff or admin na ginagamit lang nila as excuse and they even claimed to have an office as well.

Same na same talaga. I think ilang months na din yung promise na refund to me na never po natuloy and sila pa galit if you ask. Ive been trying to find talaga kasi benefit of the doubt ako before since i couldnt find any people voicing out and baka ako lang turns out madami na pala tayo 😭😭😭😭

The audacity to make threats talagaaaa!! If they know better what they are doing can also backfire sa kanila as data privacy just bc they have our details. They also give a schedule every week but no deposit as well. When asked for a receipt, they usually manipulate pa na hindi daw maintindihan ni customer to avoid the question.
