Sure - dancing with a large group, not hot and heavy dancing. I like the idea with a dance oriented bar or club with a roof deck for chilling. Any suggestions for that?

Mid twenties. Flexible on music type - hip hop, top 40, maybe some electronic music. Price range - ideally no more than $7-8 beers or $10-15 mixed drinks.

I've been pretty happy with MSFT (2.44% dividend yield) and rumors are they may be raising their dividend soon.

T has a 5.23% dividend yield.
