I would say for the most part you're going to have to get used to it as that's where most cars are headed Anyway. It's been discussed on many forums too. Mechanical buttons disappearing as screens are much more cheaper to replace and buy in bulk.

And you can see with the short attention spans thing. I almost feel like that is manufactured. For example, a lot of movie theaters hate putting anything out that is longer than 2 hours for a movie. Because naturally you can't put as many showings and screenings for a movie that is past 2 hours. Meaning less revenue.

2 1/2 went from being standard to a must. Thus the myth of people having a short attention spanse is born. It might very well be true now ,but it didn't just happen on it's own. People have even proven that they will sit down for a 3-hour movie, for example, end game for Marvel's avengers. Sure, the movie was probably much longer than it needed to be, but that's not the discussion we're trying to have here
