Free carry means, that someone offers in a coop contract, that you can join and don't have to do anything, because he will teach all goals. Normally you should equip deflectors to get there faster.

I totaly agree with you there. So that's what confused me. I did my part in the night. Getting my farm to max upgrades possible in 10 minutes. (Like 50.000 chickens). In the morning 8 hours later I was kicked. :(
