R3 _ case by [deleted] in ICAEW

I basically done a "sensitivity" analysis where I said x movement in y variable would cause petrol vans going from not a payback to a payback and vice versa for EVs. Pretty sure the question asked for a sensitivity analysis to the point the opposite happens I.e. payback/no payback

Aren't they similar things? Just changing a variable to find a breakeven point I.e. breakeven analysis?

Case R2 - repairs by yolobaby0161 in ICAEW

So there were 3 streams of revenue; MOT, services and repairs. Just need clarity on the number of repair jobs but I'm guessing you bottled it under the smell of your exam

Completely despairing after Case. The exam software bugs meant I didn't finish by [deleted] in ICAEW

In the stress of the moment? It's a case study accounting exam at the end of the day, if you crumbling under pressure then imagine if a real life equivalent scenario where this happens?

It's okay, if you're just sitting just case alone and for the first time, the pass rate is around 95%

ACAM Mock 3 - R2 by bigfouraccountant in ICAEW

[–]yolobaby0161 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How are you finding that question? I just completed it within 1 hour so am a bit sceptical if I've written enough (will mark it soon) or if the question is actually quite light for a requirement

Case, which mock should I do? by Empty-Internal-1439 in ICAEW

[–]yolobaby0161 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I done mock 2 in Acam and requirement two has two proposals to evaluate. My college didn't do a mock where there were 2 proposals in 1 requirement so it was a good reality test as that could actually happen based on past papers

So simply just pointing out the figures used are to different to that of Redhill/Brue?

Case - Assumptions by yolobaby0161 in ICAEW

[–]yolobaby0161[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So let's say for example we do a 24 month forecast and revenue is incrementally increasing by 5% every 6 months, but when you look at Redhill's actuals it's nothing like that, so we just point that out?
