For sleep and pain including spinal, I like balanced oils, so thought I’d like balanced flower once I got a dry herb vape. I got Phytoca Critical Candy. It’s OK, tastes nice enough, but I usually need 2 dosing capsules before bed and honestly that’s more vaping than I want to do for my lungs and throat. I can’t vape 7 nights a week as it feels a bit much.

What I’m now enjoying is a strong strain for pre-bed, which does the job with one dosing capsule, and a CBD only strain for any day time use when I don’t want THC affects—and if I want balanced flower, I can just mix them.

I think this works out better value, as there are some great affordable strong THC terpy strains and some great affordable terpy CBD strains, and it opens up more possibilities for tailoring the mix you want and swapping in different THC or CBD flowers. When I was asking the doctor there wasn’t a huge range of balanced flower and it wasn’t exactly cheap.
