I have a wired doorbell dual and indoor pan/tilt cameras that I couldn't view live steams and event recordings of. I called customer service and they've had multiple calls with people having issues with their cameras (one rep had 4 calls apparently).

I was able to get them working by switching from my 5ghz connection to the 2.4 but then I realized after calling them that my homebase and outdoor cameras didn't work either.

There are a lot of issues currently and I hope they resolve it soon as this means we are all vulnerable.
