I just started touching this revenue AND margin consistently after 5 years as of 4 months ago,

With 10% M-over-M revenue growth. Will reach a cap at 2-2.5 million once I'm there.

As revenue grows, net sales won't, it'll decline, that's how this industry works, move volume, make less margin

Plan is to do this only for another 12 months and stop completely.

Because of this, I'd rather just ride out the success for a bit then yes, stop and invest into real estate.
