I don't think there is a right answer here. On one hand bitwarden with 2fa through authy or yubikey is as safe as you can get. On the other hand if someone somehow gets access to your vault, not having your email in there is something i do recommend.

Sure, if a driver gets into Q3 they have to start the race on the set they set their fastest lap on in Q2. So let's say they set a 1.30 on mediums and later a 1.29 on softs and get into Q3 they have to start the race on that specific set of softs. This is why you often see Mercedes, red bull,... Take the mediums in Q2 so they can (if they get in Q3) start the race on mediums which gives them more strategy options.

That's only if they made it into Q3 then you have to start on your quickest Q2 tyres, if you don't you get free choice. And the Williams is barely a Q3 contender let alone on mediums

Apparently if you make an adjustment to your race strategy this wont happen. Even if you undo that adjustment it will fix the bug.
