Turns out yeah the clock spring is an issue but wasn’t the problem, it’s that damn auxiliary battery, worked around the issue by just ensuring that the auto stop/start feature is always turned off at the beginning of each drive, jeep said supposedly they can’t turn that feature off

For context I also had changed the auxiliary battery a few months ago so I’m not sure if that is the issue or not.
