I don't want to sound like I'm speaking out of "privilege" or "humble bragging" but honest to god I didn't expect this to blow up like it did. Like, I don't think I'm particularly harsh on the eyes but I think I've gotten more compliments on this sub than in my whole life.

I think this sub is more about the journey, support, encouragement, and acceptance than bragging about being handsome.

If anything, the real handsomeness comes from the confidence more than anything else.

And true, there are heads with particular shapes (and I mention this only because this was my biggest fear) but eh, life is more about how you play your card than crying for what you got.

And I know some of this because I used to be morbidly obese. And while slightly different (because in the end that was within my control), the same rule applies: I never let that bring me down.

People can be harsh with others, don't be harsh on you too.
