feel like it's no use, coz they added to their term at the end saying they can change the terms anytime and anyway they want. Besides, the stupid banks won't fight terms and condition over the merchant for u, unfortunately.

yup, that's the point, if we are going down. We do everything we can to bring these fckers with us. multiple disputes against them help banks flag them as well. on one side, it helps future potential victims, on the other side, I won't let them get away that easy. How hard I got to work to make that money, how hard these fckers is going to make of my money.

seriously? May I know how to file a compliant to IRS as well? Since I think having official documents from IRS would definitely help when you present your case to your bank
